gd66 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the authority operating the gd66 online gaming platform and any user ("you" or "member"). By opening an account on gd66 or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

Key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The gd66 website, mobile version, and all gaming services operated through it.
• "Member" — A person who has opened and registered an account on gd66.
• "Account" — A member's personal gaming account that stores their balance, transaction history, and gaming activity on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional money granted by the platform that cannot be withdrawn before meeting specified wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The identity verification process used to confirm a member's identity.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use gaming services on gd66:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must provide genuine, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.
• Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.
• The account being opened must be for personal use only — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

The member is fully responsible for the security of their account. It is the member's responsibility to keep login credentials safe, not share their password with others, and immediately notify gd66 support of any unauthorised access.

2.3 Identity Verification

gd66 may request documents to verify a member's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC process is complete. Failure to provide required documents in a timely manner may result in account suspension.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gd66 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100. There is no maximum limit, however identity verification may be required for large transactions.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳800. Funds are generally sent within 1 hour of a successful request. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.

3.4 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected or put on hold in the following situations:

• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met.
• An investigation into suspicious activity on the account is ongoing.
• The payment details provided do not match the information registered on the account.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bets placed with bonus funds will only count on eligible games available on the platform.
• Bets on certain games may contribute partially or not at all toward bonus wagering — contact support for specific details.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit while the bonus is active.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the promotion's description.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
• gd66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

The gd66 VIP program has four tiers. Members can move up to higher tiers based on their gaming activity:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP cashback is calculated automatically and paid out on a weekly basis. Cashback is also treated as a bonus and wagering requirements may apply.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gd66 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering an account using false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to gain promotional benefits dishonestly.
• Exploiting system errors, technical loopholes, or using unauthorised software for an advantage.
• Using the account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using automated bots or similar software to play.
• Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering platform content or software.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

gd66 treats members' personal information with the utmost importance. All data is protected by SSL encryption. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect data, please read our Privacy Policy.

Member data is never sold to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with relevant authorities for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or platform security purposes.

8 Responsible Gaming

gd66 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an entertainment activity and should never cause financial or personal harm.

• Members may request deposit limits, session time limits, and voluntary account closure on their account.
• If you feel your gaming is becoming addictive, please contact support immediately.
• The account holder is fully responsible for preventing minors from accessing the account.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 At the Member's Request

Any member may contact the support team at any time to permanently or temporarily close their account. The opportunity to withdraw all eligible funds will be provided before the account is closed.

9.2 By gd66

gd66 may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspected or proven fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• The need to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

10 Limitation of Liability

gd66 is committed to ensuring uninterrupted platform service through reasonable efforts. However, gd66 accepts no liability in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or a member's own device.
• Gaming being disrupted due to technical issues beyond gd66's control.
• A member sharing their own login credentials with others.
• Betting or gaming losses resulting from the member's own decisions.

gd66 reserves the right to correct any bonus or winnings that were credited in error due to a technical fault.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a member wishes to raise a complaint regarding gaming results, transactions, or any other matter, they must first contact the gd66 support team. All complaints will be reviewed fairly and promptly.

Complaint submission deadline: Complaints regarding any incident or issue must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

12 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the gd66 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of gd66 or its licensors. Using, reproducing, or distributing this content without written permission is prohibited.

13 Changes to Terms

gd66 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, a notice will be published on the platform and the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new Terms. Please review this page regularly.

14 General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, only that provision will be considered void — all remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the member and gd66 and take precedence over any prior oral or written discussions.
